ChatPrivates respects the intellectual property rights of others. We respond promptly to valid DMCA takedown notices.

Important: ChatPrivates does not host any video or image content. We display links and thumbnails from third-party platforms (Stripchat, Chaturbate). For removal of content from those platforms, contact them directly. We can remove links and references from our Site upon valid request.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

Send a written notice to dmca@www.chatprivates.com containing all of the following:

Your full legal name and contact information
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The exact URL(s) on ChatPrivates where the infringing content appears
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Your electronic or physical signature

Response Time

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48-72 hours and will remove or disable access to the identified content promptly.

Model Self-Removal

If you are a model and wish to have your profile or links removed from our Site, email dmca@www.chatprivates.com with your username on Stripchat or Chaturbate and we will remove all references within 48 hours.

Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@www.chatprivates.com with your name, contact details, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake.
